Arsenal scale. What level your factory is at, on data
Four levels for regulated manufacturing: data read by hand, read in dashboards, used to decide, governed AI and analytics. Twelve questions, the level right away, and for each level the three things to do to climb. Email is asked afterwards, only if you want the comparison with the other answers.

What level your factory is at, on data
Twelve questions, one level, and the three things to do to climb to the next. The result shows immediately, no email required.
01Next week’s production capacity…
The scale was born in a classroom, for a program with a supply-chain company that had to learn to use AI without being able to use its own data outside the perimeter. It differs from the Company Brain Maturity Model on the blog: that one has five levels and is for digital companies; this one is for manufacturers, and measures the relationship with factory, supply-chain, and quality data.
Each level has a piece in the series that explains it. The first step to climb, whatever the level, is writing the rules: the classification grid and the management charter. The second is the supplier map. The third is measuring the cycle between report and action.
